Treatments incorporating the five elements
At Art Garden Spa, we have gathered inspiration from the five elements: wood, fire, earth, metal and water. According to Ayurvedic medicine, which originates from India, the whole of Cosmos consists of these energies of life. The five elements can be found in the seasonal changes, both in nature around us as well as inside our bodies. Each and every one of these elements has its own unique characteristics.

Our body treatments can only be booked in conjunction with a day spa package or an overnight spa package. Facials can be booked on its own. We have an over 15s only policy on all our spa treatments, apart from during school holidays.

We use Eminence Organics for our facials. A professional, organic and outcome-based skincare brand based on clean ingredients, which achieves visible results and a unique experience. Our treatments are suitable for both men and women and are adjusted to suit the individual's skin type. Please remember not to wear make-up to your facial session. Are you pregnant? Please note that you have to be able to lie on your back for us to be able to give you a facial.
Arctic Berry Peel & Firm Treatment – 60 min
This three-step result-focused treatment exfoliates and brings out new, fresh-looking skin. With anti-ageing properties, this treatment gives the skin a gorgeous glow, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, and improves elasticity.
Your skin is treated to a tailored double cleanse, steam, skin peel, face masque, and massage, and the session concludes with a day cream.

Say goodbye to sallow, tired, and lifeless skin with this reinvigorating facial. A mild lactic acid peel containing the superfruit mangosteen will gently exfoliate your skin, refresh it, and give you an amazing glow.
The treatment includes a double cleanse, steam, and pore cleansing, as well as a face masque with strawberry and rhubarb extract, which will boost your skin with tonnes of nutrients.

A firming treatment that focuses on giving your face a natural lift with the help of apparatus. The treatment involves cleansing, skin peel, steam and pore cleansing. Then, we proceed with lymph drainage, performed with glass cups to give your face a natural lift.
The finishing touches are a special masque, a nourishing serum and a face cream to suit your skin’s needs.

Wraps
Does your body need a bit of TLC? Why not choose one of our wraps to chill out for a while and treat your skin to a proper cleanse.
Signature Zensation – 70 min
This is our ‘signature spa treatment,’ which is adapted to the current season and designed to help you achieve harmony and balance. We work with wraps and masques to balance your skin's different needs. The treatment begins with dry brushing followed by a body wrap tailored to suit your skin's needs.
While the wrap works its magic, your face will be given intensive treatment with 5 different masques tailored to balance the different zones of your face. The final touch is a relaxing back massage with acupressure.

This treatment begins with dry brushing all over, followed by a stimulating body wrap with a cleansing effect. Any problematic areas will be treated individually, and the finishing touch will be products that help the skin detox and protect itself from free radicals and pollution.
You are also given a face detox with cleansing, skin peeling, lymphatic drainage with gua sha as well as a masque and day cream with a detoxing and strengthening effect.

Mum-to-be spa treatments
Using a spa session to relax can be a way of reducing anxiety, stress or pain, as well as improving your sleep during the pregnancy. We have developed a few treatments that are specifically tailored to suit mums-to-be.
Mama Back Treatment – 25 min
Treat yourself to a relaxing treatment where your back and neck will receive some TLC. We start by using a beautifully scented body scrub, which removes dead skin cells and tackles the tiny blemishes that often appear on one’s back during pregnancy.
After this, we wrap you up in a soothing, moisturising probiotic masque. While that works its magic, you are treated to a lovely scalp massage. The finishing touch is a gentle back and neck massage. During this treatment, we will use a specially designed pillow so that you will be able to lie down comfortably regardless of which pregnancy phase you are in.

Children find it both pleasurable and exciting with spa treatments, so why not book a lovely treatment prior to your spa visit.
Garden mini-face – 15 min
A facial for children between the ages of 5–10. The treatment involves cleansing and a face masque that is massaged into the skin. While the masque works its magic, the child will be treated to a scalp massage. The masque is a chocolate masque containing nothing but natural ingredients.

Prior to your spa treatment:
- Please remember to book your treatment well in advance of your planned spa visit and inform the staff of pregnancy and/or any allergies.
- Please arrive at 5-10 minutes before your treatment slot, have a seat and relax in our treatment lounge.
- Bring underwear or dry swimwear to change into prior to your treatment.
- Please note that our body treatments can only be booked in conjunction with an overnight spa package or a day spa package. Facials can be booked without spa entrance, but then you will not be admitted into the spa and there is no option of having a shower before/after your treatment.
Our spa is a mobile-free zone
For the well-being and relaxation of our guests, we have opted to make Art Garden Spa a mobile-free zone. Gym not included.
